Katya here, your fitness coach who does it all!
For the past couple of years I’ve been exploring different movements and wellness directions living through each of them with my own body. I’ve been inspired and hyped, in and out of love, I’ve been closing chapters and writing new ones more times than I care to remember. With all this experience came realisation - the perfect movement exists within YOU and it’s a personal story that each of us keeps writing every day.
My qualifications in multiple disciplines from indoor cycling and gym instructing to teaching pilates and yoga, combined with an experimental nature and love for people, helped me to develop a unique style of coaching which I am happy to offer you today.
The flows I create are a mix of mindful practises, breath-work and strength training systems aimed to build up on physical skills, body awareness, mind-muscle connection, deeper focus, and inner peace. Dare we trust that every move we make on the mat creates energy that translates into a newfound confidence and beauty as we write our personal stories.
My goal is to deliver an experience which stays with you, long after the class. I see every session as a journey within yourself - a never ending search for body and mind connection, inner balance and exploration of the potential we all carry.
